STOREONE.PK operates using Fulfillment by STOREONE (FBS) only. This means all listed products sold on our marketplace are processed, packed, shipped, and managed by STOREONE.PK after receiving inventory from vendors.

What is FBS?

Fulfillment by STOREONE (FBS) is a service where vendors send their products to STOREONE’s fulfillment center or warehouse. Once inventory is received, STOREONE handles everything from storage to delivery.

What is FBM?

Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) means sellers store, pack, and ship products themselves.

Important: STOREONE.PK currently does NOT support FBM. We operate under FBS only to maintain quality, speed, and customer trust.

Vendor Responsibilities

1. Provide Genuine Products

All products must be authentic, legal, and safe for sale.

2. Maintain Product Quality

Products must match descriptions, images, and specifications.

3. Submit Complete Product Information

Each product listing must include:

  • Product title
  • Full description
  • Short description
  • SKU / Product code
  • Category
  • Brand
  • High-quality images
  • Price
  • Stock quantity

4. Maintain Inventory Supply

Ensure stock is available for replenishment when needed.

Inventory Submission Process

Step 1: Product Approval

Vendor submits product details for review.

Step 2: Inventory Delivery

Approved vendors send inventory to STOREONE warehouse.

Step 3: Stock Verification

Our team checks quantity, quality, packaging, and SKU accuracy.

Step 4: Inventory Activation

Products become live on STOREONE.PK.

Order Process

  1. Customer places order on STOREONE.PK
  2. Warehouse picks product
  3. Product is packed securely
  4. Courier dispatches order
  5. Customer receives delivery

Returns & Refunds

Returns may occur because of:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective product
  • Approved return requests

STOREONE manages return logistics, but vendors remain responsible for product defects and misleading listings.
