Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Refund Methods:

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) → Bank transfer or mobile wallet
  • 📱 EasyPaisa → Refund to EasyPaisa account
  • 📱 JazzCash → Refund to JazzCash account

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Refusal at delivery without valid reason may affect future orders

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
